We manage the recruitment lifecycle from role mapping and sourcing through interview coordination, offer management, and post-placement support. Our services are delivered to enterprises and startups across India, and engagement begins only after both parties agree on the specific scope and deliverables in writing.
Clients are expected to provide accurate job descriptions, role requirements, and organisational context so our screening process can be tailored effectively. Timely feedback on candidate profiles and interview outcomes is essential to maintaining a smooth hiring timeline. Clients must also ensure that any information shared with our consultants complies with applicable data protection and employment laws. Failure to provide necessary inputs may affect service timelines, for which Cognition Staffing cannot be held responsible.
We commit to sourcing candidates through multiple channels, conducting structured skill assessments and cultural fit evaluations, and presenting only profiles that match the agreed role specifications. We maintain confidentiality throughout the hiring process and do not share client information with third parties without prior consent. Our team works to reduce time-to-hire while keeping you informed at each stage of the recruitment lifecycle.
Cognition Staffing acts as an intermediary in the hiring process and does not guarantee the performance, retention, or conduct of any candidate placed. While we apply rigorous screening methods, final hiring decisions rest with the client. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or from decisions made based on candidate profiles.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice, subject to the terms agreed at the start of the project. Upon termination, clients are responsible for fees for services already rendered up to the date of notice. Any confidential information shared during the engagement must be returned or destroyed upon request, and confidentiality obligations continue to apply after termination.
